Fasgadh is a detached cottage next to Little Loch Broom in the village of Camusnagaul, two miles from the village of Dundonnell and thirty miles from Ullapool. This cottage sleeps eight people and has four bedrooms consisting of one ground floor king-size double with an en-suite shower room, one twin and two doubles, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove. Outside, this cottage has off road parking for 3 cars and a rear garden with decked area. Fasgadh is an ideal base for families and friends who wish to explore this part of Scotland.

Oil central heating with additional heating from woodburning stove in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs, broadband. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned front garden. Lawned rear garden with decked area. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: The driveway to the property is shared with the owners. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead when outside the cottage grounds.

POLICY:
Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
