Holiday rental is a home away from home. It can be a private home, condo, villa, apartment or cabin that includes a kitchen and all of the amenities you would expect to find at home. The kitchen is generally fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve a meal.
Who owns the holiday rental property?
Owners of holiday rentals are either property owners operating a small holiday rental business or a property management company who manage multiple holiday rental properties on behalf of property owners.
How do I book a holiday rental?
To book your holiday rental you need to contact the owner directly. Check the availability of the rental through the availability section on the listing. If the availability calendar is not up to date then you will need to contact the owner for availability for your desired dates.
How do I cancel or change my reservation?
Please contact the owner directly for any requests related to cancelling or changing holiday rental reservations. AlwaysOnVacation.com is not a part of any transaction between the traveler and the holiday rental owner and is unable to help travelers with reservations booked directly with owners. What if there is a problem with my holiday rental?
You will need to work out any issues you have with the owner directly. We suggest you contact the owner as soon as a problem arises during your stay. Be sure to have a phone number to contact the owner in case you have a household emergency.
